"I was VERY apprehensive about buying a "used car" and have always bought new. After the two vehicle reports I received and the condition of the vehicle I was convinced to purchase. The salesman was a delight, not pushy at all. My suggestion is buy as new as you can and buy something reputable. The car is almost one month old and in supreme condition....Either I got lucky or I bought sensible...You get what you pay for....Can't give it 5 stars because cars are way too expensive and it's not fair.." "Found a few small items on this recent purchase - i.e. interior dome lightbulb burned out, one speaker rattles a little. We will definately be back for service this week. We expect the exact excellent service we received in the past. We didn't buy the extended service contract either time. Keeping fingers crossed that they checked out this car as throughly as last years purchase. We fully expect to go back in 5 months to purchase 3rd vehicle for youngest child. We do not finance, never had any delay in receiving title or tag registration. This shop seems to be extremely professional. Purchasing a car from any dealer has always ranked up there with a root canal, but Carmax has changed the buying experience. These salesmen seem a lot less slimey. Based on the negative reviews - I would stay clear of CA stores & VW's & Saabs. Come to South Fla. to make your purchases." Carmax Customer
